All items are shipped with a money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us via telephone or email within 1 day and return the item within 3 days. You do need approval before returning. Returned items must be wrapped securely in order to prevent breakage, and sent by insured mail. Please include your original shipping invoice. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, but if you would like to make an exchange, there is no restocking fee. Returns must be in the original condition, and special orders may not be returned. Shipping costs may or may not  be refunded.  All purchases made by internet & shows are subject to the above .

Shipping Method

There is no minimum purchase price.  We ship daily via U.S. Mail for domestic U.S. orders .On all International Orders  you have to email us for further details before you purchase.Your email address is never given out to anyone- we use it to provide you with shipping information and contact you if there is something we need to discuss about your order (e.g.. you order 5 mortar and pestles and we have 4). Your card number is never transmitted via email. We hate junk mail, and would not release your personal information- period.
